Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by NDM COMPANY LLC, operating as Nepal Digital Marketing ( https://www.nepaldigitalmarketing.com).

Due to the nature of digital marketing, web development, design, content creation, and advertising services, all payments made to NDM COMPANY LLC are generally non-refundable.

2. Advance Payment Policy

To begin any project or service, clients are required to make a 50% advance payment. This payment covers:

  • Initial research and strategy preparation
  • Account setup and configuration
  • Design and development planning work
  • Time allocated for project initiation

This advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable due to time consumed, planning, or irreversible work completed:

  • Digital marketing services (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Website development or design work
  • Graphic design and branding services
  • SEO research, audits, and optimization
  • Content writing or video editing work
  • Any completed portion of an ongoing project

4. Advertising Budget (Ad Spend)

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google, or TikTok are handled by those platforms and are not controlled by us.

We cannot refund:

  • Spent ad budgets
  • Platform fees (Facebook/Google/TikTok)
  • Rejected or disapproved ads
  • Campaign performance outcomes

5. Exceptions (If Applicable)

In rare cases, refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has started on the project
  • You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error

These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, all completed work must be paid for in full. The initial 50% advance payment is not refundable.

If the project is canceled by NDM COMPANY LLC due to internal reasons, appropriate refunds may be discussed, but only for incomplete work that has not been delivered.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing results vary by industry, competition, ad budget, market trends, and many factors outside our control. Therefore:

We do not guarantee:

  • Sales or conversions
  • Specific rankings on search engines
  • Any specific performance outcome

As such, performance-related results cannot be used as grounds for a refund.
