5. Payment Terms

For all digital services, website projects, marketing campaigns, and design work:

• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion or before delivery.
• Delayed payments may pause ongoing work until settlement.
• Campaign budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) are billed separately.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing, content design, and advertising services, all payments made to NDM Company LLC are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Completed work
• Active marketing campaigns
• Time spent on strategy, research, or consultations
• Client delays in providing required materials or approvals

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information required to complete the project, including but not limited to: logos, images, business details, product information, login credentials, branding assets, and written content.

Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines, and NDM Company LLC is not responsible for resulting delays.

8. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Any outstanding payments remain due.

9. Limitation of Liability

NDM Company LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific results, performance, rankings, or revenue outcomes from marketing campaigns or digital services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
